Oak Harbor

Langley

Sitting near the south end of Whidbey Island and overlooking the Saratoga Passage, Langley is the third largest incorporated community on Whidbey Island. Langley enjoys a small-town (estimated 2007 population: 1063) atmosphere within an hour's journey (including the car ferry trip) of Seattle.
Bayview

Approximately 5 miles west of the town of Clinton, and 4 miles south of the city of Langley, lies the charming community of Bayview. Bayview is a crossroads of commerce on the south end of the island, and is home to a hardware store, a craft store, a nursery, a grocery store, an alternative grocery store, and several restaurants.
Greenbank

Greenbank Farm, once the largest loganberry farm in the country, now has fields of trails and an off leash dog area. Greenbank Store features a deli, access to the post office, a small grocery store, as well as a full-service restaurant upstairs.
Coupeville

Coupeville is Washington State's second-oldest community. Sitting along the shores of Penn Cove, here you can enjoy the finest of PNW nature and history. Front Street features restaurants and small shops.
